I thought I would share with you my favorite breakfast smoothie recipe! It's creamy and delicious and full of protein to get you through the first part of your day. What you'll need:Let me start by saying that I love my ninja! It allows me to make smoothies quickly and easily without the mess of having to wash a blender. I start by adding 1/2 cup of cashew milk. You could substitute regular milk or almond milk or even soymilk. Then I add a splash of mango orange juice. This along with the frozen fruit gives it the tropical taste that I really love. Next two big spoonfuls of plain unsweetened Greek yogurt forprotein and creaminess. and a couple of giant handfuls of spinach. Don't forget to add one scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. I like the Vega brand because it's made from Pea and brown rice primarily so it is high in protein per calorie. We are going to blend this two times so this first blending is to get the spinach volume down to make room for the frozen fruit and ice. I also think that double blending helps with getting some of the grittiness out of the protein powder. And POOF if it's green and creamy! Now it's time to add the frozen fruit. I slice or crush up bananas and lay them flat in the Ziploc to freeze so they're easy to break chunks up. First I put a few chunks of frozen banana in... and frozen mango. Finally you a good handful of ice cubes and we're ready to blend for the last time. Yummy!

The amount of comfort they offer is something that almost all people prefer to quickly leap over to the telephone for the nearest, local appliance specialist shop the moment there's a dilemma.
