Easy, quick, healthy and not the same old dinner! Hooray! What you'll need:First add a few tablespoons of your favorite teriyaki sauce (we like the thicker Korean variety) to a large baggie with thinly sliced beef. This can marinate for as little as one hour or as long as 12. Slice all of your veggies j to roughly the same thickness strips. When you are ready to roll, place one piece of marinated beef down with a few veggies and then roll it up. Repeat ☺️ Line them up on on a baking sheet or dish. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes until the meat is just cooked and the veggies are done. Serve over your favorite rice (we love basmati!) and enjoy! My girls loved them cut like little sushi rolls!
