Easy, fun for the kids, impresses company and is as good as it looks! It's the perfect brunch dish! What you'll need:Lay the crescents out in a ring overlapping. Cream together a package of cream cheese or neufatel with a couple spoonfuls of powdered sugar. Spread 2/3rds of the cream cheese mix onto the ring. Toss a spoonful of powdered sugar and a spoonful of cornstarch into your raspberries. Arrange them on top of the cream cheese layer. Fold over the triangles, tucking them under the ring. Bake at 375 for 10 mins. Turn down to 350 for another 5-10 until light brown. Toast your sliced almonds in a dry pan until lightly toasted. Add one more spoonful of powdered sugar and a few Tbs cream to the remaining cream cheese mix to make a glaze. While still warm, drizzle the cream cheese icing on top of the ring and top with toasted almonds. Serve warm or at room temperature in slices. Perfect accompaniment to an egg dish for brunch!
