So quick and easy you can make it by the pool! All you need is a knife and a few fresh ingredients. What you'll need:Dice up a couple of avocados and scoop them out. Mix with your diced tomatoes, cilantro and red onion. If you like things spicy, you'll also want to throw in a diced jalapeño. Make sure you also give a good squeeze of lime and a healthy pinch of salt as you mix. Mix carefully to keep it chunky. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!!
