This super easy and quick meal is sure to please everyone. I use 2lb meat and 1lb pasta and we get two nights of meals for 2 adults and 2 kiddos out of it. What you'll need:First start a large pot of water to boil for the pasta. Next you'll need to get your sausage browning. Tonight I am using 2lb of turkey sausage, but you can use what you like. I like to add in a little extra garlic and Italian seasonings here too. Once browned, you my need to remove some of the fat and discard it in a used tin can. Once drained, add your favorite sauce. You will only need about 2/3s the jar. Stir in a nice dollop of creamcheese. Please do not use fat-free. It'll be grainy. Next stir in your thawed peas (I put them in the microwave for 1 min). Use the amount right for your family's taste, no need to measure. I used about 1/3 of the bag. and stir in the pasta. If you like feta you can stir in some feta also. but save a little for garnish too. I also love hot pepper flakes to give it a kick. And that's it. It's that easy and super yummy. Get creative and add in any Italian/pizza ingredients you like such as olives, artichoke hearts, pepperoni, or peppers... it is great with shrimp or chicken instead of sausage too.
