Crispy and crackled on top but fudgy inside, these are a delicious option when you want to be gluten-free or just can’t get your hands on wheat flour! Coconut flour brownies:
Melt together 1/4c melted butter 1/4c melted coconut oil 1/2c melted chocolate chips In a separate bowl whisk together until fluffy: 3 eggs 1tsp vanilla 1c sugar Add melted chocolate and fats the stir in: 1/4c cocoa powder 1/2c coconut flour 2Tbs espresso (or strong instant coffee) Sprinkle salt on top Grease pan and bake 30-40 mins at 350
